This 60-minute class is perfect for anyone interested in exploring meditation and vibrational sound therapy. Each week we’ll do a little bit of lecture to help you understand various aspects of meditation and then set you up comfortably to explore a meditation practice without judgment or expectations. Simply come and experience.

Sound therapy, also known as sonic massage, clears and calms the mind, balances natural bio-rhythms such as breath, sleep, digestion, and circulation, and fosters deep relaxation for the nervous system.

Dress for comfort, we recommend layers so you can keep warm or cool down as needed. Get comfortable and then lay back and enjoy the transformative power of meditation and sonic massage!
