Stone Age Sound Medicine Wheel Retreat with Michael Enderle

If you don’t have time to meditate for 20 minutes each day then this retreat is what you need. We will spend the day learning how to play different types of drums and rattles.

We will share the four drum beats from the Sound Medicine Wheel. Each of the 4 directions of the Sound Medicine Wheel has its own beat to return the Heart, Body, Mind and Spirit to a balanced and harmonic state.

During this one day retreat we will journey deep into each of the four directions as a community to experience as our ancestors did with drums and voices.
