Yoga to Feel Good

A delicious slow flow practice to tune into what’s going on in your body, to find the tension, and let it release.

This class is appropriate for all levels, regardless of what’s going on in your body. You’ll be guided through various movements with an emphasis to pay attention to sensation (the language of the body), and to learn to use the breath to relax and to move through a pain free range of motion.

Please bring your water and a journal.
