This Level 1 mastery training, teaches participants to use singing bowl techniques to harness the healing power of sound and vibration. Learn dozens of sound therapy exercises including a full sound bath protocol and gain confidence to master your craft with techniques to achieve a state of balance for all the energy centers of the body.

Upon completion, please submit all homework and further direction will be made for examination and certificaiton. Those obtaining certification will have the opportunity to be added to our graduates list on the Bliss House website.

3. Harmonic Resonance and Placing Bowls on the Body:

Uncover the art of harmonizing sound and body as we explore the practice of placing singing bowls on and around the body within your sessions. Gain an understanding of harmonic resonance and its potential therapeutic benefits, and learn how to integrate singing bowls into trauma-informed practices with sensitivity and best practices.

4. Transcendence Through Sound:

Learn to use singing bowls to induce deep states of relaxation during savasana and meditation. This section includes opportunities to practice techniques for using a single bowl, buddy bowls, and more! Gain confidence to guide others into profound states of blissful relaxation and deeper your understanding of how singing bowls influence brain states, entraining the electromagnetic waves of the brain to profound relaxation and rejuvenation.

Particpants who complete this training will be eligible to attend any of Margie’s upcoming Legel 2 trainings. However it is recommended that participants immerse and master the techniques in level 1 before attending level 2.
